Concrete patio installation in Erie, CO

MAKE ROOM
FOR OUTSIDE.

Concrete patios built around the way you live. Pure Concrete helps Erie homeowners plan new patios, replace existing slabs, and connect backyard spaces with a finish that fits the home.

Plan the space around your everyday life.

Start with what the patio needs to hold: a dining table, grill, chairs, or an open area for gathering. Think about the paths between the back door, steps, lawn, and seating. A simple rectangle can work well, while another property may benefit from an extension or a connected walkway. Pure Concrete installs concrete patios and replaces existing patio slabs in Erie and surrounding Front Range communities.

New patio or replacement?

For a new patio, photos should show the ground, the back of the house, and the route equipment would use to reach the work. For replacement, include the existing slab, visible damage, and any areas where water collects. Tell us if you want to keep the same dimensions or change the layout. Demolition, excavation, base work, forming, reinforcement, concrete delivery, and finishing are considered when defining the scope.

Choose a finish that fits your space

A broom-finished concrete patio gives a clean, understated appearance with surface texture. Stamped concrete offers decorative patterns and color options for a different look. Finish selection also means considering maintenance, exposure, and how the surface will be used. We can talk through the choices before you decide; you do not need to arrive with a specific stamp or color already selected.

Access, levels, and drainage

Backyards can require different logistics than a front driveway. Gate width, side-yard access, fences, steps, existing landscaping, and nearby structures can affect equipment and concrete placement. Patio height and the way the surface relates to doors, stairs, and surrounding ground also need attention. Show us any drainage concerns during the estimate so they can be discussed rather than treated as an afterthought.

What changes the price of a patio?

The price depends on more than the finished square footage. Demolition, excavation, hauling, base preparation, reinforcement, forming complexity, delivery access, finish, and related steps or walkways can all change the work. A decorative finish adds a different scope than a basic broom finish. We discuss the actual project so you can compare estimates that describe the same work.

Bring your patio idea to the first conversation

Approximate dimensions and a few clear photos are enough to start. Let us know your city, the intended use, whether an old slab needs removal, and what you know about backyard access. If a hot tub, shed, wall, or other load is part of the plan, mention it specifically; a general patio scope should not be assumed to cover those requirements. Call or prepare an estimate request to discuss your space.

Concrete patios questions

Can you extend an existing concrete patio?

Yes, patio extensions are part of the work we can discuss. Existing slab condition, levels, access, and the planned connection need to be reviewed. New concrete may differ in appearance from an older slab.

Do I need to choose broom or stamped concrete before contacting you?

No. Select “Help me decide” in the estimate planner. Tell us how you want to use the patio and the look you prefer so we can discuss finish options.

Can you include steps or a walkway?

Pure Concrete also handles concrete steps and walkways. Include their approximate dimensions or photos so they can be discussed as part of the same project.

Is a hot tub pad the same as a patio?

A hot tub pad needs its own scope based on the equipment and site. Tell us the hot tub specifications and location instead of assuming a standard patio design is suitable.
